Here you can see the roof rafters along top of the frame of the new den. You can also see where the windows will be installed.

The den is almost ready to be closed up. The insulation has been installed and the opening to the existing dining room has been made.

The den has a custom made triple window that has a fantastic view of the backyard.

Hardwood flooring is getting installed in the den. Here you can see the plywood subfloor under the hardwood.

The den is complete with a fresh coat of Ceramic Glaze and some furniture installed.

The hardwood flooring adds a nice touch to the den.

As you can see the ceiling slants off in the den as well as in the breakfast nook. Overhead high hat lighting has been installed along with a ceiling fan.
